Soya bean sprouts contain the 22 essential amino acids which make a complete protein.They are high in fibre, vitmain C, folate and iron as well as Omega 3 and Omega 6 Essential Fatty Acids. They are cleansing and regenerating, good for bones and lowering cholesterol and full of antioxidants.
